Last year, in 2024, I was completely booked and unable to take on any new clients so I am excited to be able to announce this change with the new year. Deep Cleaning Services
In addition to traditional house and office cleaning, I also specialize in deep cleaning. This is where I meticulously spray and wipe, scrub, wash, disinfect and organize everything in every room in your home. I wash countertops and cabinets inside and out, wash all of the high touch areas in your home (such as doorknobs, light switches, doors & door casings, etc) vacuum and mop all floors including underneath all beds and furniture, wash baseboards, take down cobwebs and eliminate dust from every nook and cranny. I scrub tile and grout in your bathroom to make it shine like new again! I apply a superior attention to detail in every cleaning job and it truly shows through my work.
Short Term Rentals / Air B & B Turnovers
I also provide short term rental and/or Air B&B turnover cleaning services. I have both seasonal and year round customers that I currently provide this service to. These jobs have a wide variety of cleaning needs and regular turnover tasks based on how the owner has chosen to set them up and operate them. I walk through and talk with the owner to prioritize and plan to start off. I make sure to pay attention to all the little details and extras that help make all of the guests vacation experiences exceptional and to help get 5 star reviews for the owners. I wash laundry on site when needed, make beds with fresh linens, put out towels, wash cloths and bath rugs, restock paper products like toilet paper and paper towels, refill soaps and any other tasks that the owner requsts. In many cases my role is totally remote because the owner does not live locally or even out of state and they are able to depend on me to take care of all of these tasks for them without having to travel to the rental location. I enjoy this type of work and making the experience special and the house perfect for their guests.
Residential House Cleaning Services
I clean for customers in their homes on a regular basis, either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. I have the typical things that I do for cleaning tasks like dusting, wiping surfaces, cleaning toilets, sinks, fridge, showers/tubs, vacuuming and mopping all floors but i am willing to tailor my work to what someone needs. I walk through the house with the owner during my initial visit to take notes and get a sense of what they need and how I can best help. Most recurring cleaning jobs are 3 to 6 hours long and the majority of my customers have me come on a bi-weekly basis.
Commercial/Business Cleaning Services
I clean for a variety of businesses on a regular basis. These jobs range from fully cleaning a business after hours or when it is closed to cleaning the shared areas of apartment buildings. I have a ton of experience doing this kind of work. Just like my residential jobs, initially I do a walk through to take notes and pinpoint what the business owner needs most and make a plan to clean things the way they want me to. My commercial jobs range from weekly to bi-weekly but I am open to any scheduling needs that my own schedule will allow.
One Time Move-Out or Move-In Cleaning Services
I offer one time cleaning services that typically end up being for a move-in or move-out situation. Either the customer is moving out and doesn't have time to clean so they hire me to clean the entire house once their belongings have been moved to their new place. Or in other cases someone just bought a house or rented a new apartment and they hire me to clean everything thoroughly before moving their stuff in. I have also had jobs where the owner of a Bed & Breakfast or the owner of a set of seasonal cottage rentals asks me to clean their place(s) thoroughly one time prior to the start of their season to start off the season right. In all of these cases we talk at length about what they want me to focus on and if they want me to complete my work in a certain number of hours or just clean until it's done. I can always work these one time jobs into my schedule and am happy to help!
Organizing Services
I offer organizing services that customers have utilized for many different purposes. Some customers have asked for my help organizing and de-cluttering a spare room filled with years of built-up stuff. Other customers have asked for help transforming a messy and disorganized space (like a garage, attic, shed or a room in their house) into an organized area so that things make sense and the space can be useful again. In all of these cases I have identified what the customer wants to achieve and made a plan to transform the space into what they envision. I have always had a knack for organizing and categorizing and am willing and able to tackle any organizing challenges that a customer needs help with.
